Did you see DeAngelo Hall’s comments live on SportsCenter, or hear about them? He basically said the Falcon’s players were blindsided by Petrino’s decision and it pissed them off to have him bail on them before the season’s even done and then that same day go stand with his family and do the Hog call on live national TV. I don’t know why anyone can trust this guy, I mean, he signs a 10 year deal with Louisville, then bails on them a year later. Signs a 5 year deal with the Falcons, then bails on them after 11 months. How does Ar-kansas know he’ll be sticking around? Next thing ya know Bowden will step down from the FSU job and Petrino will be callin up the AD at FSU asking if he might be in the running…not trustworthy. I hope DeAngelo meets him on a street and chews him out…or beats his ass.
Amen being an Auburn fan I have dealt with Petrino and his questionable ethics all before. He left auburn the right way waiting until the end of the season but then interviewed for the auburn head Job behind Tubby’s back not something a normal person would do to someone who they have worked with and gave them a great opportunity. Louisville is now in a mess because of the state he left the Defense in. Reportedly only recruiting offensive players then changing them over to defense if they couldn’t cut it on offense. Now Louisville has no defense and a high powered offense that can not possible score more pionts than their defense allows. It makes me think that he really wasn’t in it for the long hall

Petrino’s coaching style is never to stay somewhere for any period of time and to make what he prides himself on his offense look great. Arkansas made a huge mistake in hiring him.
